「This property was an excellent option for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner was very accommodating as we wanted to make corn on the cob one night and he had a brand new large pot brought to us. It was a great central location as we took day trips to Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen and Geneva. One family took a day trip to Ithaca.」

「The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day.」

「The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to...

It had everything you need to enjoy a day on the lake - floats, chairs, and a new immaculate dock! 「We absolutely loved our stay at the farmhouse. The property is beautiful. The house has been renovated with all the modern fixtures and amenities, but they managed to retain the charm of the old farmhouse. Everywhere in the house was spotless, and the beds felt fresh and comfortable. The house was right next to a brewery and just past that was a winery, both of which served food. 「We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay.
