"A lovely beach cottage with bay views and easy walking access to the Atlantic beaches.The place was cozy and clean with expansive open views across reserve land to the bay.A bit tricky to find off the highway at night but we eventually got our bearings!"

"The home is a little more tired than the pictures show BUT we enjoyed the comfortable cottage feel to the place. The grounds are beautiful and although it is on a busy road, sitting on the back deck we were not bothered by noise. We slept soundly (until the songs of birds woke us!) in comfy beds and we were cozy in this home. The location is an easy bike ride to town. "We had a great week in Montauk and this house was a great place to stay for our purposes. We wanted a "home" to come back to at the end of the day and this was it! We were very comfortable, were able to bbq and cook a few nights, as well as do all of the Montauk sites and activities we had on our agenda. I plan to contact the owner again for future visits. Highly recommend - the property and house were clean, well-maintained and everything was in working order."
