“The photos of the property makes it look much more spacious and luxurious than in person. I was expecting a more quaint house not a mobile home. For the price we paid the sheets, pillows and general bedding should be upgraded. The shower didn’t drain so had to call owner to fix twice. Probably good place for a family with children but was not what we expected.”

“The home is a little more tired than the pictures show BUT we enjoyed the comfortable cottage feel to the place. The grounds are beautiful and although it is on a busy road, sitting on the back deck we were not bothered by noise. We slept soundly (until the songs of birds woke us!) in comfy beds and we were cozy in this home. The location is an easy bike ride to town. We never used our car but to visit Sag Harbor - we rented electric bikes and biked everywhere. Note, second full bath is in the……
