「The aptly named Charming East Hampton Cottage was a beautiful oasis with lush gardens and comfortable accommodations. The host was very gracious and friendly and communicated with us as soon as we booked the home. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. 」

「This place was perfect! The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious. Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!」

The neighborhood is very quiet and location was spot-on just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Can’t say enough good things about Carter’s home - even better than the pictures!! 」

「One of the great features of this home is the deck and “back yard”. There is a portable fire pit w/ seating for 6. The deck has seating for 8 at the dining table and several pieces of outdoor seating. It is a great way to unwind after a hectic day. The home sets well for a small group of 4-5 people. I would certainly recommend this home.」

「House is even more attractive than the pictures. The upstairs and deck are wonderful spaces to sit, eat and talk. The kitchen was the best of any we have rented. The surrounding trees and hill give it a very secluded feeling. Not only is it a five minute walk to the beach and town, but a trailhead of Shadmoor State Park is a very pleasant 10 minute walk. The trails there along the bluffs have beautiful views of the ocean and beach. We plan on going back next year.」

"The room was full of dog hair, the bathroom had dogs bathing in it and the smell was very pungent, the bathroom had the most dog hair in it, room cleanliness and hygiene must be upgraded. Environment and facilities are good."
