“Overall, I think this was a great place to stay. My only complaints were that the stairs are very shallow and you had to walk sideways on them. Was tough for my elderly mother. Also some of the chairs were unstable and upstairs shower is extremely small and not suitable for large people. That being said, the house was very clean and very charming. It had everything we needed. The owner was very available. I would recommend. Best for 4 people. ”

“What an amazing cottage. From the minute you walked in you had fresh bagels and snacks beautifully wrapped and with all of Deanna's special touches like slippers for the hot tub. Towels for everything. All the beach needs were there. She provided everything you could possible need for your stay. The BEACH was perfect and private all to ourselves, our family had a blast. The beds were so comfortable and the cottage was SPOTLESS. We will be back. ”

“We stayed at this property while our son was attending his first Boy Scout camp and Camp Olmsted which was about 25 min away. We had a relaxing weekend away and did some hiking on Rimrock Overlook trail in the Allegheny National forest and went to see Kinzua Dam. Both were only a short distance from the property. Much enjoyed! ”

“The property was very clean and quaint. It was much smaller than I had envisioned, even though it was clearly depicted in the picture shown the line. Having an old lady bladder. And having to come down those stairs from the attic to use the bathroom during the nightwere very frightening however they were clearly marked to take your time. My husband who main objective was to fish was able to catch a few perch in the inlet right outside our door. Chautauqua Lake resort was not far away.We did……

“Our group stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. Our cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. There are multiple cottages on the property with grills, picnic tables, a communal fire pit, as well as docks if you will be bringing a boat. Rachel was very prompt at answering any questions we had. We had a great time!”

“The Cottage was Perfect and looked exactly as pictured! The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the house was clean! The Bathrooms were great and the AC and fans were very helpful during the hot week that we visited. The kitchen appliances & outdoor grills all worked well. Parking was spacious and we property felt pretty private even though we had neighbors next door. We even caught some little fish in the inlet to the lake.
