「Great location, great property, great time had by all!」

「This is our fourth year vacationing at Sylvan and our first time at the Compass Rose. My family and I had a very restful, enjoyable, and comfortable experience. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the condo was equipped with everything that we could have needed. Including a doggie feeding mat for Dr. Bob our furry family member. Thank you to the owners for being quick to respond to emails and thoughtful with providing an enjoyable experience for my family 」

「Just okay...I get it's off season but I still paid good money. One hot tub was half empty and the other was dirty. The grounds were not well kept. The deck (on the third floor) had rotting pieces. The inside was fine but in the main area (before you go up to "the penthouse") there was a space heater and two heating pipes or something like that. Very dangerous especially with the kids I had with me. Also the fire alarm in the main area was missing.」

「The rental was clean and close to the wedding venue we were going to, which is why I chose it. My communication with Mikey was excellent. Had no issues with anything. We were only there in the evenings as we were busy with wedding preparations most of the time. 」
