「I gave this property a five , because it was certainly way better than a four. It is clean and perfect and in great condition. A couple of things that bothered me were. I got a teaser note offering late check out , but in the fine print there was a charge. The management company trying to up sell me . Two the water has a supper smell to it they need to fix that it is a strong odor. I would stay here again .」

「The only complaints I can have are the refrigerators were off. They should be turned on prior to people arriving. The grill Grease trap was full of grease and water. Outside of that is was absolutely beautiful. The sunrise is amazing and watching the moon come up over the water was breathtaking. The kayaks were a great touch!」

「We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. It’s a nice setting. The beach lakefront access was private, and the dock was awesome for hanging out on. There are multiple wineries and breweries close by the house. The hosts were very accommodating all in all the great time.」

「My girlfriend and I had a great two days at this location. The location itself was great and we enjoyed the shared dock with the other listing. Would love to come back and would certainly recommend to someone else!」

「The property exceeded our expectations in every way! The property had plenty of spaces for our family with several comfortable gathering areas both inside and out. The outdoor spots were perfect for relaxing together and the elegant bedrooms made everyone feel pampered. The host was friendly and responsive and the house was spotless. Great location. - quiet but close to everything. We’re just a short car right away. Highly recommend for families or groups! 」

「The perfect location for visiting both Ithaca College and Cornell University. The space was bright, clean, with a lovely spacious feeling. We enjoyed hosting a group of incoming juniors with a bbq and game night. Close to many gorges. I will definitely be staying there again. Perfect!」

「We booked this house for a weekend away in the Finger Lakes and it was perfect. The home is stunning, and is perfectly situated right on the water. It was close to Watkins Glen and was right on the Seneca Wine Trail. For the home itself, it was a perfect place to stay. Spacious, well kept, extra amenities like a grill, a beautiful wrap around porch, and kayaks! We loved our time here and would love to come back. Highly recommend ! 」

「We loved this property. Very modern and comfortable, the most clean property I have ever stayed in. The listing is accurate as far as it goes, but I think it should be made clearer before booking that the road leading to the property is VERY steep and narrow, having 4WD was helpful on the way out. And also the 2nd bedroom is only accessible from the deck, it's not directly connected to the main floor of the house. For people with children, that could be an important thing to know. I only...

「We had a relaxing week at this beautiful lake house. Our family and pups loved having access to the lake, kayaks, and paddleboards. We watched beautiful sunsets and enjoyed some local hikes. There are so many activities to enjoy in the area! 」

"Because of the school orientation, hotel room is quite difficult to get. The location is not very convenient to Cornell. Some facilities need to be replaced."
