「Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. 「Beyond impressed with our stay at The Suite. It was perfect for our "kid free" over night. Clean, beautifully decorated. Dianne was very responsive to questions. Made excellent dinner recommendations. Would absolutely stay there again. 」

「This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. 」

「Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. 「Perfect place for 2 couples to stay the weekend while in town for the Boilermaker races. Great location. Home was very clean and tidy and kitchen had all the utensils you would need. Common areas were very spacious and the central AC is always nice in the summertime. The full bathroom was a little small for 4 adults to share, but serviceable over just a weekend. 「The house was clean and had the right amount of amenities for what we needed and expected. It’s a short drive to downtown Cooperstown and area attractions. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice, quiet, peaceful place to stay. 」
