「Wonderful location, across the road from the mountain and the stream and an old barn. It literally feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. The bedrooms were well appointed, plenty of towels and sheets. There's also a washer and dryer in the kitchen. The hallway light was full of bugs and impossible for us to find the switch to turn it off. The front door is in serious need of repair. The property manager is woefully unskilled at her job.」

「I love staying here. This is mine and my partners 2nd stay for our anniversary and it’s perfect! Everything from towels, to kitchen pans, and laundry is ready and stocked—which is so lovely when staying for a week. Communicating with host is fast and simple and they have plenty of recommendations for the area. Can’t wait to plan another stay in the future :)」

「This teeny, tiny cottage was fine for us three adult people to have a place to sleep and shower in. There are some portable heaters there which was good because the last night was pretty chilly. Beds were firm. You'll need to bring bedding. There's only a hot plate if you plan to cook any food. No stove. The couch was the worst item in the cottage. There's no support in that whatsoever... 」

「This was the second time we have stayed at the cottage this year. It was a wonderful stay except the thermometer was set at 55 degrees and it was freezing inside !!! It took a few hours for the house to warm up!!!」

「The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The access to the lake is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday. We had a great leaf peeping visit. Just as an fyi. The Feeder canal trail was beautiful and very foot and bike friendly. 」

「This was a lovely rustic and quiet cottage with a lot of open land that made it a great spot for dog owners. I really enjoyed the exploring and long walks that started in the back yard and continued to open spaces. It was clean and comfortable, not luxury but what I needed for a quiet writing retreat with my dog Great to have a half bath on first floor since the shower and bedroom -- one large room with three beds -- was upstairs. The stairs were easy enough to navigate, wide and not too steep....
