“The bath towels were the size dish towels. Was hard to towel off after shower. There were no towels at the pool. The pool with water slide was freezing cold. Maybe heater was broken? There was mold on bottom of our shower curtain in our bathroom, I found the beds pretty uncomfortable, like maybe I could feel the springs putting pressure on body parts.I don’t get much sleep. Found long black hairs in the bed and in bathroom. Not sure if it was from old guest or from room cleaning staff. The……

“Coffee machine and breakfast were the highlights”

“Breakfast was excellent with good healthy choices. There was no shampoo so I interrupted my shower to go back to my bag and get my own. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean and crisp. Admission clerk was excellent but morning staff were struggling. In fairness they were overworked. Great value for what I received.”

“Staff is amazing from check in to check out. We’re from Montana USA but this hotel gave us 5star rating. If i’m still off tomorrow we could’ve stayed another night. This would be our number 1 hotel now in Lethbridge”

“Was nice. Friendly staff. Cool waterpark for the kids with two very large slides, wave pool, hot tub and a small kids play area. Family suite was very large with lots of room and good value for the amount of beds and square foot. Cool to look out over waterpark area and wasn’t noisy. Definitely great for little kids but our teens enjoyed as well. We paid for breakfast vouchers and wouldn’t next time as they cost $20 per person and meals were all well under $20. Overall would stay again.”

“The rooms were clean. The staff was there for check-in, then not to be seen with no staff at check-out time & no paperwork at all. The hot tub was broken. The promised hot breakfast was in the appliances cooked but cold even at 8:00 a.m.”

“The staff was very helpful. They were able to place us in a room that according to the hotel front desk person has never had an animal in that room. My husband has bad allergies to animals. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good and organized. The employee at breakfast took care to assist people and keep all the food containers full and clean. We did not use the pool/hot tub but the pool looked very nice. Thank you.”

“Like the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for", and this was the case here. Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal. Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable, couldn't get air conditioning to work, crank window broken and not usable, only 1 pkg of coffee, kleenex box with perhaps 3 tissues in it, no vending, ATM or ice machine on site. ……

“We loved the value for the price. Only thing we would’ve liked to see in addition is breakfast and a hot tub. Otherwise loved it!”

“This was not a comfortable place to stay. It felt old and uncared for, and they only had a thin wool blanket on the bed, and three small pillows (1/2 size) for 2 people. Staff were friendly and customer service was good.”
