「This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family. Check in was easy and a welcome basket was awaiting our arrival! Everything about the house was warm and welcoming. Located on a beautiful horse farm, very quiet and great for relaxing! Well appointed home and kitchen had everything we needed to eat in during a busy weekend competing at a local horseshow. 」

「It was just what we wanted -- a place near Letchworth Park that was dog-friendly. Its in a quiet neighborhood that's a short dog-walk to a beautiful lake. You need to bring linens and towels. The kitchen has plates and utensils but no food, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. I wish the notes posted in the home were on the listing, especially the "small hot water tank, take a short shower". None of these minor gripes would have stopped us from renting this place, but it's good to know up front. ...

「Listing is accurate to description and photos. Farmhouse has been nicely updated. Family of 5, plus 2 grandparents and dog stayed, we all had enough room and enjoyed the house. Was a very clean and neat property, especially for being dog friendly. We had all the amenities we needed. 」

「We booked this location for my daughter‘s family, which includes my daughter, her husband and my twin grandkids. They loved the look and cleanliness of the cabin and loved the fact that there were so many animals that were comfortable enough to come and get close to them so that they could engage. We are already looking to book another stay at the Letchworth Farm and book both the cottage and the cabin.」

「We had a group of 13 adults. We had plenty of space to all be together and enough room to spread out if we wanted. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Lake front was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating by the bonfire. 」

「Well maintained ranch with open living/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great location for Letchworth visit and close to shops in Perry. Prompt communication with owner before and during stay. Well equipped kitchen, and nice grounds. Stayed at a hotel on prior visit, glad we were able to stay at the Gate House on this trip! 」

「As described easy check in」

「We had a wonderful stay and created so many memories here! The "lodge" was spacious, close to the airport, and worked perfectly for our group, providing plenty of room for both family and groomsmen to have their own space. The lakefront was a highlight - fishing and kayaking were enjoyed by all - and the open layout made it an ideal setting for our rehearsal dinner of 45 people. A relaxing place even in the midst of wedding week busyness. Thank you!」
