“Our Thanksgiving stay at Cheryl’s beautiful Brookside Cabin was absolutely wonderful. The cozy vibe and peaceful setting was exactly what we were hoping for. Although her place looks lovely in the pictures, they do not do it justice. It’s even more lovely in person! It’s very clean, well appointed and well stocked. We hope to visit again!”

“We had such a wonderful stay! The cabin was cozy, beautifully designed, and warmed up quickly during our chilly weekend. Everything felt thoughtful and inviting — from the comfortable beds and soft bedding to the peaceful setting by the water.Falling asleep under a sky full of stars and waking up to the mist rising off the lake each morning was absolutely magical. “Arrived tired late in evening (after 2 hour flight delays) and door code sent by email and text didn't work (ended up having to climb through a window). No bath towels (not mentioned on Expedia, or Expedia or VRBO confirmations, but email sent the day I was traveling and didn't see said towels have to be requested). Bugs crawling around the floor, toilet wouldn't flush properly one day (had to plunger it for 5 minutes each use that day). Extremely rustic for the cost, would never go back……
