「New & nice however, needs: hand towel hooks in bathrooms, better blinds & block out curtains in bdrms, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, box springs on both beds rather than plywood bases, shower caddies, wine glasses, more than 1 room key, shower stool/bench (very difficult for women to shave their legs), broom & dust pan, cork screw, tv’s in bdrms, remove one if two closets in 2nd bdrm to make access to hall bathroom (make it a jack & Jill bathroom), washer & dryer. 「I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos. It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids. 」
