“Perfect little spot for our family to spend a few days hiking and exploring the area. The cabin was clean, the owners were friendly and responsive, and the property had a little dock and kayak access. The beds were super comfortable, the grill had a full propane tank, and the small kitchen had all the necessary utensils. We planned our meals knowing there was no oven or stove. Overall, a nice cabin at a reasonable price.”

“We had a great time. Multiple families stayed, but we were able to spread out and all have separate sleeping spaces! The new kitchen appliances, sink and a nice open workspace were appreciated. “The treehouse was very cozy and cooled down very well at night. They have great trails and kayaks to use which the dog loved. The hosts were communicative and gracious. They gave us some fresh strawberries from their garden as well. We hope to get back in the not too distant future. ”

“This cabin, checked every box that was needed for a perfect peaceful, relaxing, unwinding, recharging weekend get away for my wife and I. A must hike owls head mountain. Absolutely amazing. So much to do both directions just down the road from this location. The cabin was extremely clean. Felt just like home. The hot tub was fabulous on a cold evening. Will definitely look into for future weekends. ”

“We had an amazing time at this cozy cabin in the woods. The setting is very quiet and private. The cabin came stocked with about everything we needed although we did not bring campfire chairs due to the pictures in the listing, and wish we had brought our own. The property manager showed up unannounced one day and walked right by our window which gave us a little scare. We caught several fish right off the dock and had fun trying the canoe that is included with the cabin. Great spot! ”

“My boyfriend and I stayed in the riverside cabin for a long weekend. it was the perfect place for the two of us. super cozy and fun! We definitely recommend trying out the kayaks, fire pit, and screened in porch out while you are here. But don't forget bug spray... We would definitely visit again! Highly recommend this property”

“We were so happy to have found this getaway for our family of 7. The kids said it was better than Disney World! There were accessible hikes, good restaurants, and comfortable accommodations. The hosts left a wealth of information about things to do in the area, my husband and boys enjoyed fishing from the boat out on the lake, and the nightly fires in the fireplace were lovely. We hope to return soon!”
