“John is a great host. And I especially loved the fun decor. Also his recommendation for dinner, though funky and not top drawer looking had great people and the best and freshest food. We loved the place. Glad to have met you and stayed at your home. Roz zeisler”

“First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when……

“The place was clean and basically what I expected. Checking in was very easy. The host sent very clear instructions. Parking was on the street but I felt safe leaving my car on the side of the street by the building.”

“The room was clean and convenient for where we needed to be for the holidays. Jermaine was more than helpful with getting us into our room. The only things I think needs to be addressed is the powerstrip for the coffee and toaster kept tripping so we moved the coffee pot over. And there was no power in the bathroom for a blow dryer. Would have like a dresser to place clothes since we were staying 10 days. Over all it was a good little place to stay. Thank you Jermaine. ”

“Very central location for the day trips we took in the area. Awesome sauna and grill in the backyard were huge pluses. Took a minute to get the A/C adjusted but was very comfortable after that. Very good stay.”

“The unit itself is very nice and has many modern touches. We loved the gaming setup and enjoyed all the modern touches. The kitchen and bathroom are really well done and made our stay enjoyable. The surrounding area/neighbors are not the best. The parking is in an adjacent medical center lot and you have to walk by neighbors who threw things at us and generally spent the entire time outside. This is also along a main road and the building shakes often from the trucks driving by,.”

“The house was perfect for all the guest. Very nice location. Easy traveling to get around. Just don't leave anything in your vehicles. Two of the trucks were broken into but nothing taken. Don't know what they were looking for. The host April was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely rent again if needed. The entire 2 weeks were wonderful. The apartments are so beautifully decorated and plenty if room for everyone. Thank you very much.”
