We didn’t expect perfection from an older lakeside cabin, so we were thrilled with the outdoor space, the views, and the amenities like the private yard, fire pit, rope swing, and the amount of space it gave our family and two dogs. PROS: The location was fantastic as well, with a small town just to the east with restaurants and parks and a short (scenic!) drive to Niagara Falls and Buffalo to the south. “The cottage was very clean! The decor is beautiful and the furniture was brand new. The kitchen was small but very well stocked and met our needs. Nice large refrigerator! The highlight of the weekend for the grandkids was the pond. They caught so many fish and loved the paddle boat. We loved the lake view and sunsets. The fire pit was stocked with wood and had plenty of chairs around it. The property owners were so nice and responded right away when we had a question. ”

“Great little cottage, that met our needs for the weekend. Little place.”

“The property was well appointed and had everything needed to make it a comfortable experience. Its proximity to the water was an added bonus. There was a loose paver at the front left of the sidewalk that needs repair and a stain on the couch which was very unappealing. However our overall stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Owner and management were very friendly ”

“Cute little place with incredible views. Small 3 bedroom cottage has a private beach, nice lake views, and is set well back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet. All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do……

“Comfortable beds, but conditions of linens was poor. Hole in the comforter and towels looked and felt like grandmas house. Kitchen utensils and pans were described as adequate… well, barely adequate would be more appropriate. House is for sale and it’s stocked with owners leftovers…”

“The view was beautiful. As stated this area has some bugs, so be prepared some sprays and repellents. The nearby park is beautiful and it has two small charcoal grills. The house is above a garage so you need to walk up steps to get to the entrance. Inside is a K-cup machine and simple kitchen essentials. Place was clean, linens and towels were provided and there was WiFi available ”

“Close to marina. Nice dock on property, but bit of a walk on stairs. Very nice out side seating area. Extremely clean. Cottage decoration that is very tasteful. Owner very helpful and addresses any questions ASAP. Looking forward to returning next year.”

“Don’t miss the chance to experience the breathtaking views of the lake, sunset, and sunrise. We absolutely loved our stay! The host took care of everything—from essentials to timely updates.The only issue was that the house could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the lawn could use a mow.”
