“The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was quiet, comfortable, and very spacious — perfect for our group. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including coffee, cups, and plates, and the towels and linens were soft and cozy. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, keeping everyone entertained. The hosts were fantastic and quick to respond to any questions I had. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!”

“The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to……

“10 stars!Beautiful property! We all had a wonderful week there July 20 -27, 2025.Pat and Patrick greeted us warmly on check-in and left freshly baked cookies for us. They are wonderful hosts, attentive without inserting themselves.They offered tours of the considerable trails on the property and recommended one of the best wineries in the area. “Beautiful, quiet property overlooking the Seneca Lake valley. It was nice to sit and have my morning coffee on the porch while taking in the scenery. The house was very clean and well furnished. Good communication with the host.”

“We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay.
