“We do deck the halls every year, this is a perfect location ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The place was comfortable and clean. It’s very close to Keuka State Park, which was a great place for short hikes. We also visited a couple local wineries, but we visited in the off season so many were only open on the weekends. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sulfur taste and smell in the water. The brita pitcher provided helped a lot. We would definitely stay again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay here over Christmas. Check-in was easy and the house looked great. They put up Christmas decorations all through the house, including stockings on the fireplace and even a tree! The view out the living room and bedroom windows is amazing. We had some sunrises that were simply jaw-dropping. Even with weather in the single digits, the house was warm and comfortable. For our family of four, it would have been nice to have a third bedroom, but our oldest was perfectly……

“The cottage was exactly as listed. The sunset from the deck was very pretty. The fenced in yard was an added bonus for the dogs to play after a long car ride. Wish we had more time to enjoy the lake front. There is so much to do in the area. ”

“The host was very responsive whenever contacted. The cottage was clean, quaint and cozy! We were allowed to have our two little dogs, which is always a perk, but the host also provided a dog bed and food/water bowls, which was very kind! Overall we had a wonderful stay and appreciate the hosts generosity.”

“We (two couples) spent three nights here. The lake is beautiful and the stairs down to the lake are new and well-constructed. The house is really nice, with comfortable beds and pleasant bedrooms, an excellent common area leading to a pleasant porch. Backyard is a good space. Bathrooms and kitchens are well set up. “This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. They have a great selection of DVD,s and games, even though we didn’t have the time to use them. We would……
