「We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!」

「Came in for the weekend to attend 2 DMB shows at SPAC and to have a field trip for my senior dog. Both Me and my Dog loved the place. Super peaceful area and in a reasonable distance to SPAC. One negative is that the AC wasn’t too great. It’s ok in the loft sleeping area, but downstairs stays pretty warm, and I was here during cooler summer temps. Just be mindful of that if you like your AC like I do.」

Their thoughtfulness was also obvious in the care, furnishings and extra treats! We were also close enough to interesting features to have relaxed day trips.」

「Amazing views from the top of the lake. RIGHT. ON. THE. LAKE. Kayaking was great. Porch swing was relaxing. Decor was rustic in the best way. A real throwback, somehow also modernized. Loved it!」
