"Hotel was very understaffed. Tried calling and emailing prior to check in with no response. Would’ve loved to know more information about the area but we were on our own except for information in the window. Loved being able to park and walk to the stores. Wished the restaurant would’ve been open. Loved being part of the It’s a Wonderful Life event."

"Everything was great except for the odd refusal to print something for me and allegedly not having a printer in the meeting room because they "don't do that stuff". I get it might be the individual hotel's choice, but that's the first time in 40 years I ever encountered a hotel making that choice. Everything else standard for brand. But with so much competition I probably won't do that stuff (this brand) anymore."

"We like the villa we stayed in! It was clean and a nice relaxing space. However, the house next door was having a very loud party that lasted well into the late evening hours. They were playing loud music and driving some type of loud ATV back and forth for hours, well into the late evening. It made it unenjoyable to sit outside."
