“We had a great time staying at the property. We got to fish, see horses, and enjoy the outdoors. The kids loved it. Plenty of room in the house. Our favorite part was the very friendly barn cat Jackie! ”

Wish we could’ve stayed longer but everything is well kept for a 200 year-old house! It was the experience I wanted our family to have!”

“We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2025 and really enjoyed our stay at this property. The other reviews are right, the pictures don't do it justice, it's much bigger than we expected. The bedrooms were very clean -- all the bedsheets and pillowcases were clean and smelled freshly laundered. We also appreciate that this property was NOT pet friendly; we hope it remains this way and look forward to returning in the future.”

“We had a lovely time at Olivia House! We were two families traveling with 5 children ages 9-13. The kids absolutely loved playing in the creek and it was nice they could share one big bedroom together. The living rooms were perfect for the kids to have one and the adults have the other. Wanda and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“We spent five nights at this amazing property and it is by far one of the most beautiful and serene places we’ve ever stayed. The photos are truly representative of the farm’s many wonderful spaces. Everywhere you look the view is stunning. The early light barely illuminating the horses as they graze in the morning fog, the deer feeding in the upper field at twilight and the moon and stars shining brightly over the pond are images that will stay with us. Time passed slowly as we walked around……
