“This really was a cozy apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures. Jennifer was very receptive to our questions about places to visit. Check-in and out directions were very clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed out time in the Finger Lakes and being able to come "home" at night to this apartment made it very comfortable.”

“Very comfortable apartment. All amenities were clean. Kitchen well equipped. The host greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. The owner was upfront about the current water situation. They have a private well on propertythat provides water for 3 apartments and area has experienced drought. We were advised to be frugal about water usage and spread showers apart. We were told that if well runs dry we would not have water . But we did have enough for washing cleaning kitchen etc. The pressure……

The landlord talked to them and they were quiet for the remainder of the stay. But, insulation needs to be added to the bedroom. There were two chairs in the sitting room with the TV. They were OK, but not very comfortable. There was plenty of coffee for our stay and the kitchen was fine. There was a problem with the hot……
