2/10 Terrible

"We didn’t stay they didn’t have a room for us it was awful and the place was falling down. Shouldn’t legally be allowed to have people stay in that property it was the worse thing we have ever seen and had to go find another hotel."

"The room was fairly priced. The room was really nice. Clean, pretty and comfy. Towels in bathroom were the best I’ve ever had! Water was hot and had great pressure- another plus. Quiet! Breakfast was lovely with hot and cold items. Very enjoyable. Will definitely stay again!"

"Very nicely kept and clean property and very clean room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only thing I found was, they need new towels. Staff was very nice and courteous and breakfast was good. More like continental breakfast but they also had freshly made waffles you can make yourself. No pool. Right next door to a great Diner I84. All and all rating at least 4.5 stars. Would stay again if necessary."

"This was a clean and comfortable hotel. The room was nice and had a lot of space. The beds were comfortable. The lobby was big and nice to relax. The staff were very kind. My only complaints are the shower was very high pressure - I was afraid to put my face directly in the water. Next, there is a blinking green light on an alarm/detector in the room which caused a flash every few seconds and that was annoying to someone in our party although I didn’t notice it with my eyes closed. Only about six channels worked on the tv. Good overall. Some quirks."

"First Lady at the desk was rude and dismissive from the start and straight up walked away without saying anything. This then turned into a 25-30 minute wait with nobody at the front desk to assist. When the lady eventually came back, she had an even crappier attitude. The second guy (Kevin) was a not much better…. After a two hour and half hour delay to get our room, the lock was busted and when we told him about it he suggested we just use the arm bar on the door (the one that allows partial opening) and thought this was a sufficient answer to the inadequate maintenance they had conducted on their property. It was readily apparent that other room doors had similar problems and damage was plainly visible on many of them from the outside. Kevin’s suggestion was dismissive of the issue at hand, and totally negligent in terms of high quality customer service. All this to say that a quick call to Best Westerns Customer Service support line seemed to motivate the team to finally solve the problems we alerted them to. After another delay, we were provided with a different room that was adequate but smelled strongly of cigar smoke. Overall 1/10 at best. The bed was quality though, I slept soundly."
