「The unit is as described and pictured. The walk to the base isn’t far but a big set of stairs you have to climb which was tough with little ones. Communication with Carl was amazing. I would definitely recommend this! Pool and ice skating right outside the lodge.」

「Yes the host was very responsive and the place was great. It was as just as advertised (newly renovated) and they had plenty of appliances, linens, TP, PT etc. that you would need for stay. Very close to lifts and bonus for us, we had great conditions while we were there. Only suggestion would be to upgrade mattress. 」

「Stayed here early January. The location is essentially perfect. Put your skis on a few steps from the door. Easy walk to the village. Park your car and forget it. Well equipped kitchen. The personal hallway/mudroom is excellent. Boot up on a comfy bench. Hang your snowy stuff to dry.」

「The condo was perfect for our needs - really close walking distance to the Stratton shops, restaurants and ski slopes - walked in our boots from the condo to the lift. Ski's were able to go into the storage locker which was easy to get to/from. Pool/hot tubs were great for kids and adults. Parking underneath/indoors was perfect as we had a bunch of snow while we were there!」

My boys and I enjoyed a fantastic day of fall mountain biking, and this studio space was perfect for a quick overnight stay.We've been up to Stratton many times, none of our previous stays matched this one—great location, minutes from the village and base lodge. 「Really lovely stay in a small neighborhood. Easy access to the water, completely clear views. We stayed on the second floor. No one was on the first floor, but there were people on the third floor, and we didn't hear them at all. Parking seemed confusing at first, but was not hard to figure out and was not inconvenient.」

「Overall, the property itself is really nice. Clean, has all necessary supplies. Dock usage and lake are pretty awesome. The actual section that this house is located in is just OK. The neighbors are rude. The rules are VERY strict, but other than this it was a pleasant stay. The owner had great communication and was very helpful. It isn't his fault the neighbors are a minus not a plus. The views are great. We spent time mainly in downtown and surrounding parks. Kayak rental was awesome as well. 」

「Great location, nicely furnished 3BR / 3 BA condo in Hearthside, just across the street from the Village shops and slopes. The kids enjoyed the heated pool on property. Hot tubs and sauna were also fully functional and perfect after a day on the mountain. Would highly recommend! 」
