"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. First night we discovered leftover food in the refrigerator and hair in the shower. We notified front desk and service was done by housekeeping. The most troubling situation was on the third day, we came back to our room door propped open. We had requested our room to be serviced at 10 am that morning before we left. The house keepers were working in the hallway and we asked them to give us more towels. We closed our door and went on for the day. You can imagine the horror when we came home to an open door to our room. We were told by the front desk receptionist Kimberly that the hotel housekeepers propped their doors open after they finish cleaning the rooms so the manager can inspect the rooms. She apologized profusely, saying that it was an oversight. For almost 12 hours our door was open. The housekeeping manager, Kayla did reach out to us the following day and left message apologizing for leaving our door open. After returning home, we called and left several messages, but heard from no one. Several staff members kept saying that’s their protocol. Leaving the door opened once they finished cleaning for inspection. I can understand if the guest has checked out for the day. But when you have guess like us who are staying several days, that protocol is a terrible one. There has to be changes made to make sure your guests don’t feel violated we would never come back to this hotel."

"We stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites Airport while in town for a triathlon, and it was the perfect home base for the weekend. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in through checkout, always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was ideal—easy access to the highway made it simple to get to race events and around the Syracuse area without any hassle. One of the highlights was the breakfast each morning. There was a great selection, everything was well-stocked, and it was exactly what we needed before a busy day. Between the convenient location, comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and outstanding staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our race weekend. We’d definitely stay here again. I became a Choice Member because of this hotel."

"The breakfast was rated as "great" on the hotels.com app but turned out to be lacking. The menu has no protein options of any kind and is full of cheap carbohydrates. This alone could have been the reason I would have booked a different hotel if I'd known ahead of time."

"Little Bit clean! Totally not for th bugs and roaches and staff not even half way right going in rooms or let someone diffrent than me inside my 1preson 1room being disrespectful to me at point that . I'm they don't have cameras to run back for me! Things ended up getting worse as I asked to be moved to diffrent room staff went off om saying he cant change my room an so now im being forced to leave this place before checking out its beyond crazy I cant comfy here to much drama with this place im feed up and feel played out an beyond done with this place!"
