"The first room we were assigned had a bed that was soaking wet from the ceiling leaking. The second room they assigned us ended up having bloody sheets that we didn't realize till the next morning. I had to remove the blood stained sheets because "housekeeping doesn't understand English and won't know to change the bedding." We received several calls due to their own desks confusion while we were at our event the first day. Then when we returned from the event, the TV wasn't working and the front desk tried to make us fix it ourselves. The breakfast was great, but that's it. And the owner, three weeks later STILL hasn't responded to my email. We should have just packed up our stuff and went somewhere else. Will NEVER stay here again! "

"For the price of the hotel I was left disappointed. We specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool combo. The first night the pool area was overrun by unsupervised children. It was louder in the pool area than it was at monster jam that day. I convinced my kids to leave with the agreement they could swim in the morning. However the pool was out of order the next morning. The room itself was good. However, the ac unit fan rattled so loudly it prevented us from sleeping when it was going. Oh and then a guest must’ve set an alarm the day before because at 5:45 the alarm went off and we couldn’t figure out how to shut it off! Not the hotels fault but after already not sleeping it was another frustration. The next morning when double checking my kids got everything out from the room we found rusty bobby pins, change, hair ties and multiple pieces of trash under the beds. The carpet in our room also had spots of visible gunk. Pros: good breakfast, easy location, great gym Cons: pool out of order, multiple signs of water damage throughout facility, loud ac unit in room"

"I booked this for our family weekend thinking it was a good deal on a nice hotel. I was wrong. There were stains on the beds, the fridge was disgusting, the sink leaked and dripped all night, there was hair all over the bathroom, the tv remote was nowhere to be found, and the office chair was disgusting. Not to mention, when we got to our room there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana that lingered. "
