Peaceful Stay

Great peaceful stay. We were looking to get away from our everyday life and relax with some peace and quiet and this cabin was just that! This is our second time staying there and we love it. We will definitely be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very cute cabin comfortable and adorably decorated. Spotlessly clean Yes the gate is somewhat annoying but the fenced in yard for our large dogs with the excellent fire pit more than made up for it Very good view especially in the evening when we were watching for the bear who visited a couple times next door! Will definitely stay again!

Our Favorite Stay Yet

This was our favorite cabin thus far for a family that travels up to 3x a year to Townsend! The location was perfect, the size, the cleanliness..it was perfect for our pup with the fenced in yard..aside from a little mishap with her licking a toad under the deck. We couldn't have been happier and hope to stay there again soon!

Perfect pet property

The property was spotless and very clean. The fenced yard was perfect for our little fur babies. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside, which certainly isn’t a deal breaker is you have to go in and around the entire development to get to the property and it’s located right next to the back gate. Having a code to get in and out the rear gate would be a game changer!

Amazing stay at the Smokies!

Everything was clean and wonderful for our stay! The pictures don't do the cabin justice, it is so quaint and wonderful. We hope to come back every year and we will be booking at the Holy Smokes cabin!

Christmas Holiday Weeklong Trip

We vacation to TN often and stay at different cabins. This cabin was among the top 3 we’ve stayed at. Very cozy and the staff was attentive when we lost power during the rolling blackouts. Cabin was the perfect size for a family of 3 and our dogs.

Great getaway

The house was very clean with an easy check-in process. We enjoyed staying here and would book it again. Our only issue was that the top bunk is difficult to climb in and out of because of a small opening at the top of the ladder. This bed is best for a small child.

Cozy Cuddle Cabin

Cute little artistic 2 bedroom cabin near Cades Cove and the main drag off highway 321. Also walking/biking distance to a trail off 321 that we weren't able to check out due to rain and sickness. But, close to restaurants off 321. Quaint, but not uncomfortable. Huge main tv and decent tv in each bedroom. All amenities that we needed including a toaster oven and washer/dryer. Main bed is very high and needed the provided little step stools to get into it, but it was comfortable. Second bedroom bed made some noise when shifting, but it was also comfortable. Second bedroom bed isn't for anyone tall. Cute little ladder to bunk bed in second bedroom for children also. Deck, outdoor lights and view was enjoyable. This is located immediately after a street entry gate. We were surprised how many cars passed by, but no one was speeding. The gate remained open our whole stay, so i wonder what the car lights would have been like while waiting for others to enter the code and pull thru, or how offensive the lights would have been sitting out after dark or having a bonfire since we could see the lights thru the blinds a little while watching tv. Front door lock was unique in that you have to enter the code and turn/twist the whole key hole padlock above the number lock to fully unlock the door. The only constructive comment i have is to have liquid soap instead of bars and have shampoo for those not staying long. Overall, would stay here again!

Great Girls Trip

Loved the Cabin! Very Clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed wine time on the deck with the lighting around the railing. We even saw 3 bear walking in the woods across the road. We will be back!

Nasty !!!

We booked by the online pictures and the floors looked like they had never been cleaned the top bunk bed wasn’t made and had trash all in it and the cow rug was covered in trash ! Its over a hour away from piegion forge. They also had it listed as a pet friendly cabin I paid a pet deposit and they called and harassed me that it wasn’t a dog friendly cabin because I had called and asked them to come clean the bed , and they said after telling me I wasn’t allowed to have her they would wave the pet fee I had done paid 🙄 but it was supposed a pet friendly place and they said it wasn’t we will never stay here again the online pictures are misleading it’s tiny & hard to have privacy also .

Lovely Cabin with Amazing. View

Holy Smokes Cabin was a 5 star- clean, well stocked, lovely decor, excellent linens and towels, comfy beds, comfy couches, fire pit and deck looking at Rich Mountain, quiet, 5 minutes off the main road, fireplaces in bedrooms, great communication.

Great weekend

Really nice in and out. The only comment is please make it clearer that wood is only furnished for inside, we would have brought our own for fire pit if we if we understood that. Buying local is way too expensive!

Family vacation

My family and I absolutely loved the cabin. It was a home away from home for us. I loved the fenced in backyard. My dog and grandson had the best time in the backyard. We even got to use the fire pit two times. It rained almost every day while we were there. I would totally stay there again except dogs are not allowed now. The cabin was decorated beautifully. It was so clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the backyard needed to be mowed before we got there. We got there on a Saturday. The yard was mowed on Thursday while we were there. But like I said it rained every day. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
