Riverfront. Rustic. Remarkably close to the Smokies.
Welcome to The Riverbend, an authentic one-room log cabin tucked beside the Little River in Townsend—the Peaceful Side of the Smokies.
Designed for couples and solo travelers, Riverbend is the kind of place where the setting becomes part of the experience. Wake up to the sound of the river, spend the morning with coffee on the deck, spend the day exploring the Smokies, then come home to your private hot tub and a cozy fire.
THE RIVER IS THE STAR
The Little River is just outside your door, with peaceful river views from the cabin and its large new deck. When you want to get closer to the water, a short stroll takes you to the private community river access.
Whether you're here to fish, hike, tube, explore or simply slow down, the river gives Riverbend something that many mountain cabins can't offer: a constantly changing natural soundtrack right outside.
A CABIN BUILT FOR TWO
Inside, you'll find an inviting old-fashioned log-cabin atmosphere with a comfortable king bed, cozy gas fireplace and everything you need for an easy getaway.
The cabin also features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, cable TV and a newly renovated bathroom.
Outside, settle into the private hot tub, fire up the charcoal grill or simply relax on the deck and listen to the river.
And yes—your dog can come along. Riverbend welcomes up to two dogs for an additional fee, so you don't have to leave your four-legged adventure partner behind.
THE SMOKIES ARE RIGHT HERE
Location is one of Riverbend's greatest advantages.
You're just ½ mile from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, putting hiking, wildlife viewing and mountain adventures remarkably close.
Cades Cove — 9 miles
Pigeon Forge — 18 miles
Dollywood — 20 miles
Gatlinburg & Sevierville — 22 miles
After a day exploring the mountains, you can leave the crowds behind and return to the quiet sound of the Little River.
THE PERFECT ESCAPE
Riverbend isn't a giant lodge filled with distractions—and that's exactly the point.
It's a cozy, authentic place for two to reconnect, relax and experience the Smokies at a slower pace.
Come for the mountains.
Stay for the river.
And let the sound of the Little River remind you why you came.
