“I was in Townsville for a business trip. The room was very clean everything smelt fresh. The staff were so helpful and overall the view was amazing from the 13th floor. Had a very relaxing enjoyable stay over the long weekend. Definitely will stay again. ”

“I had an awesome stay at the Mercure Hotel in Townsville! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organised. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help, which made the experience even better.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities. The pool area is a great bonus, ideal for unwinding, and the overall layout of the hotel……
