"完美的酒店，因為是淡季，訂了有兩房含廚房的套房，面積寛敞。酒店是代客泊車的，入口很隱蔽。早餐是半自助餐，款式較少卻十分美味。員工能說流利英語，主動幫忙及協助。"

"離巴士站2分鐘路程，差不多到門口已有工作人員開定門等你，房間大，自助晚餐同早餐很不錯，溫泉有2層，每層都有三个室內和三個室外池，仲有滑梯呀，如果再來會選擇再住"

"入住時，發現房間有菸味，原不以為意看之後味道會不會消散，晚餐結束回到房間，味道仍在，晚上10點多向櫃台反應，櫃台人員協助聯絡清潔或評估更換房間，於晚上11:30通知可更換，非常感謝櫃台服務人員。已是第二次拜訪二世谷希爾頓，仍感到舒適滿足。"

"Fancy decoration Hotel, they provide free transfers shuttle buses services to 4 ski resort in Niseko, and also have free parking for the self driving customer.
The ski locker area with 24 hrs dry conditions is the best service I need.
The breakfast are delicious with Western and Japanese style.
Convenient Store & Super market just in a min by foots.
I came this hotel every years since they grand opening with named First Cabin."
