Villa Natino is a charming villa with pool and garden with all the comforts to spend a relaxing holiday. Swimming pool, bar corner, outdoor kitchen, wood oven and barbecue will make your stay unique and special. The villa is located in a beautiful sea area on the northern coast of Sicily, halfway between Palermo and Cefalù, the ideal base for visiting the most important tourist attractions of western Sicily.
The house is for 6 people. Wi-Fi and free parking.
Villa Natino is a beautiful house with garden and swimming pool located near the village of San Nicola the Arena, a charming seaside resort on the northern coast of Sicily. The strengths of the villa are the spacious and comfortable outdoor spaces available exclusively to guests: the 6x20 meter pool, the bar area to enjoy unforgettable aperitifs all day long, the outsdoor kitchen to enjoy delicious lunches and dinners overlooking the pool, the wooden oven for pizzas, the electric grill for barbecues, the vegetable garden to savor the unmistakable Sicilian flavors, the bowling alley for those who want to relax by playing. These are the main comforts of Villa Natino, a home that will welcome you to make you feel at your own home.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in three double bedrooms with air conditioning, two of which have a sea-view balcony. Inside the house there are two bathrooms with shower for guests, next to the bar there is an outside shower.
On the ground floor of the house is the elegant living room furnished with precious furniture and the comfortable kitchen provided with everything.
The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi at guests' disposal, ample parking inside the property, children's games (on request baby cot and high chair), bed linen and towels.

La casa rispecchia pienamente le foto indicate sul sito..la proprietà molto bene organizzata con tutti i comfort, situata in un punto molto tranquillo e allo stesso tempo non distante dal mare.
