"Clean, good location but with only summer bedding and 1 blanket and no mattress pad for the beds I will not go back there. I requested this and got an immediate response. All was delivered to their standard. In the 45 years we have been renting in Switzerland this was a first for us.
Cheese fondu pot had no extension cord and that was a big miss, no corkscrew, no bottle opener that I would call essentiel.

"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."
