“Spoilt by young children, around 9/10 years old, not being supervised, running up & down the corridor, kicking doors & generally shouting and swearing until after 11pm. Otherwise good - when we spoke to Amy about it in the morning she was very apologetic and understanding and said it was not a normal thing - apparently some of the adults were in the bar until 11.45pm. After this explanation we will seriously consider staying again when the need arises. ”

“Absolutely lovely place and excellent customer service. Really lovely touches like beautiful large soft towels and toiletries and super comfortable beds... Made to feel more than welcome and could get in the room early which helped, but if not would have held our luggage etc with no problems. Food and drinks also fabulous!! Stay it was well worth it! ”

“OK for an overnight stay. Our room had a view of a shipping container in the yard - not the hanging gardens of Babylon or a herd of wildebeast that we'd hoped for! (The reception staff member was too young to remember Fawlty Towers, so the comment went over his head....). Had to ask at the bar for glass tumblers for water needs in the night and to hold toothbrushes. Some noise from Friday night entertainment but stopped at 11pm so not an issue. ”

“Lovely room and friendly staff. Good food in restaurant. Although we new we were staying above a busy pub on a Saturday night and expected some noise but not a DJ night. It sounded that his speaker's were right under our room so no sleep because of the noise until very late.”

"A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby Eccles Shopping Centre is being redeveloped, so it can get quiet at night. Large supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The Eccles town centre and train/tram station in around 5 minutes."

"This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay."
