「The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

「The suite room is spacious, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Room full of outlets and lights. Everything was clean. The full kitchen is A plus, it has all the things you need, even a dishwasher and food disposal to keep it clean. My family enjoyed our time together very much and we thank the great staff and service. My only problem was that the location was so close to the airport. But if you are a heavy sleeper it's ok.」

「Such a lovely building, clearly loved by all who work there. Information about the property, check-in procedure, etc. was communicated very clearly before my arrival. Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage.」

「When you come into the complex, the outside parking lot has a lot lots of debris. It could be picked up but inside the building it was very beautiful little bit noisy due to all the kids and enjoying themselves and stuff like that but overall, I’ll give you a thumb up.」

「Guests in the room beside mine were throwing a party well after midnight. There was music blaring, yelling, screaming, banging. I called the front desk twice within an hour and the party was not shut down.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays.」
