"I'll try to stay here again!I've visited CB in September in the five years each side of the pandemic. This property has the best location of the places I've stayed for access to the Center for the Arts, the Majestic, and everything that Elk Avenue has to offer -- yet it was blissfully quiet at night and parking wasn't tight. Perfect.I used the well equipped kitchen every morning and the laundry machines a few times. The mattress in the main bedroom was better than mine at home. The heating system was very responsive. The building well sealed, exactly what you would expect in CB.Questions that I texted to a local service provider were promptly and helpfully answered.Easily recommended."

"I can't say enough about our stay at the houses at Academy Place! My family of 15, with 8 adults and 7 children under 10 years old, stayed in the Mariposa, Valarian and Paintbrush houses. The houses were spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. There is a lovely courtyard in the center of the group of houses that was great for the kids. The location is within walking distance of all of downtown Crested Butte! And finally the management team were readily available and always helpful with any questions or concerns."
