"We had an amazing stay at the Meritel Hotel Hanoi. Everything was wonderful: the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location made it easy to enjoy the city. What made the experience especially memorable was the hotel’s generosity. Without us even asking, they upgraded our room twice during our stay. That thoughtful surprise made us feel truly valued as guests. The rooftop bar and amazing drinks is something we enjoyed every evening! We loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend the Meritel Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!"

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is in a great location. The entire staff were amazing. Louisa at reception checked us in and was friendly and very thorough. My at concierge was so helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Vaneorie at breakfast was friendly and provided excellent customer service. "Sometimes staying in a boutique hotel you get few amenities…none here. The room was good…just ok. However, to top it off you get a great staff that is very accommodating. They helped us with tours, which way to go when you walked out the front door. They were just willing to chit chat with you which was very pleasant. "It was in the heart of the old quarter so location was excellent. So many restaurants just outside the front door...highly recommend Met Restaurant. I didn't expect such an amazing experience....welcome drink and cold cloth on arrival. Not to mention a sweet treat in our room and a fruit basket! Also got a small parting gift when checking out...whaaat! So wish I could have stayed longer as I didn't get time to use the pool. The bar was great. Such an amazing view and the next hotel had a live band on the rooftop we got to enjoy . I would definitely return."
