「We love this hotel! Our family has come the last 4 Spring Breaks. Great staff. Great location. The new beignets are amazing - our family still talks about how great they were to have at the end of each day. Looking forward to visiting again next year.」

「The property is run down and very much in need of major updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was literally peeling off of the walls. One set of elevators completely out of order. The pool area was not well kept and surrounding landscaping neglected. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best. We were extremely disappointed in the appearance of the property as compared to the pictures online.」

「Very beautiful and redesigned property. The entry way is magnificent. Loved the cafe. The fitness center can be a little stuffy due to no air circulation but overall I loved the property and will revisit.」

「The staff was very friendly and very outgoing. The breakfast was fresh and hot every day and a widespread of food. Our room overlooked the gulf which we enjoyed from morning to night. 」

「This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast.」
