「The property is dated, and the property felt like an old hotel.」

「I am pretty satisfied of this stay in Intercontinental Nha Trang. However, as a five starred group hotel, there are some improvements need to be noted. Overall, very good for sure.」

「I like the service of every staff in this hotel. They are really sincere and helpful. The location of this hotel is also excellent, where I took the hop on/off bus at the station just 7-min walk, and joined the hot mud bath at the Gavlin Hotel by 4 min walk. I highly recommend.」

「Great location for the one day we needed a room to rest and shower. Unbelieveable value and exceeded what my expectations were」

「Inaccurate description: no balcony as listed, drapery torned and ripped , partial lights bulbs burn out, refrigerator not cold enough. Asked the host to change room but not successful.」
