「Très bon accueil par la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un bon we en famille avec des petits (1 an et 3 ans). Nous avons eu à disposition une chaise haute, un lit bébé, des bouées et brassards pour la piscine, des jeux. Terrasse, BBQ, trampoline, piscine à 24C et jacuzzi à 37C ont ravi tout le monde.」

We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. 「Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Zentrum von Biel. In wenigen Gehminuten vom Zentrum, der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs liegt diese modern ausgestattete, kleine Wohnung. Das Gebäude ist zwar etwas älter, aber die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Essmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich vor der Tür oder in 5min Umkreis.」

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
