"Great stay!"

"Beautiful accomodations! Would definitely stay again!"

"Top.. at all levels. A beautifully restored palazzo in the perfect location. Our hosts Maria Carla (?) was so welcoming and gave us perfect recommendations for local places to eat. Which we enjoyed immensely. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable and it was peaceful and quiet at night. I enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace in the morning with fresh pastries and cafe in the morning. Highly recommend and I hope we will return soon !"

"Room was very clean and quiet, good location, AC, and Internet, the bed was very comfortable, the host was very responsive and accommodating, there was water for us in the fridge. We would go back"

"This is truly a gem of a place. Huge rooms, superclean, AC, fully equipped kitchen, helpful staff. Amazing stay."

"Well located in the vicinity of Trani - easy acces to the sea - very big family house high ceilings big lightening lustre big room big bathroom great hostess private parking"

"It has only coffee and croissant and served in a bar close to the hotel"

"Meet & greet host : Informative of area churches etc. Description of room on site misleading. This room is Not Luxury. Would describe as basic Travel Room. Bed: Poor quality of structure. We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement. Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem. We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint. Host wrote offering a topper...

"Fabulous personal service from staff generally however exceptional service from Gaia at reception. Beautiful location particularly at this time of year as so quiet. Staff couldn’t have done more for us, highly recommended"

"There is no shower in the bathroom, it is just a bathtub without sliding door or curtains. Breakfast was good. Parking very convenient"

"Great little place to stay. Very quiet!! We got great sleep. "

"Owner was very helpful."

"Convenient spot near port and castle and cathedral and restaurants. Steep stairs and narrow door to get to room. It appears this hotel has 2 rooms for rent. The room is very nice and updated. Metered Parking needs to be done a few blocks away. "

"The location is fantastic. The room was incredible and the air-conditioning worked fantastic. The only hiccup we had was a billing error as the owner charged us for this day after we had already prepaid. It took two days to get this coordinated for payback. Other than that, it is a fantastic place to stay."
