“Property was clean, safe and staff was friendly! Pools, hot tubs & lazy river were spectacular! Having the free breakfast tomorrow am, so we shall see about that but I’m sure it’ll be great. Beds were extremely comfortable. LOVED having a balcony! ”

“We chose the property because of the community pool and two king beds. The pool was over chlorinated, so we only got to use it once, but it was nice and no one else was in there when we were. The beds are big, the bathrooms clean, and the kitchen is functional. There was a wood bee problem on the decks the first day, but a pest control company came and either that or the colder weather the following days made them disappear. Overall nice stay for our family and two grandparents that came.”

“Hello, we came from Miami Florida on vacation here and it has been a very bad and unpleasant experience because early yesterday we realized that there was no water and we could not bathe or cook or do any activity. Well, you know the importance of water, it is a mistake out of respect to us who drive for 1 pm to get here and enjoy a vacation and we have had this bad experience,, I would never go there again, I do not recommend it”

“I stayed here with my hubby and 2 little boys. The boys were beyond thrilled with the bunk bed and hot tub. We love how easy and quick it was to get to the main strip in pigeon forge. It was also a very easy drive to gatlinburg and dollywood. The house was clean and comfortable!”
