“I would like to share my experience to help future travelers. The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us. We had informed the host in advance that we were a family of four, yet we were assigned a cramped attic space with very limited room. There was……

“商務住宿，地點鄰近商業區，房間舒適，光線充足，但房間需要開我風扇，附近有24小時超市！5pm 前需要check in, 需要職員講解如何以電子開啓大門，電梯及房門。房間空間感十足，大量衣櫃，風筒及吸塵機可以使用！”

“Nice studio apartment in a quiet area of a quiet village. Well stocked with everything you may need and then some. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Would definitely return if the opportunity arrises.”

“Pros: Der Pelletofen im 1. OG ist super. Wenn er heizt, verteilt er die Luft auch in das Bad im EG und in den Fernsehraum im 2. OG. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mit Töpfen, einer Pfanne, Gewürzen(Salz, Pfeffer), Eierkocher, Kaffemaschine, Auflaufform, etc..... Ein rund um sehr gutes Haus. Cons: Der Wasserhan im großen Bad unten, hat nur kaltes Wasster abgegeben. Aber das ist bestimmt kein Normalzustand.”
