Urlaubsort und Umgebung absolut empfehlenswert. kl.Mangel; Sauberkeit / Sicherheit und Ausstattung.

Das Objekt befindet sich an einem sehr schönen Urlaubs-Standort. Man kann sich sehr viel anschauen und wunderbar wandern sowie am Strand relaxen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Abgesehen von den kl. Mängeln im Wohnbereich ; Sauberkeit , Sicherheit und Ausstattung ist die Insel Usedom immer einen Urlaub wert. ( haben schon für weniger Kosten besser gelebt) ! ! !

FeWo Trassenheide

Im Allgemeinen O.K., Während der gesamten Zeit stand ein Staubsauger im Hausflur im Weg, unmittelbar vor unserer Wohnungstür. Das Terrassenfenster war wohl abgewaschen, aber nicht geputzt. auf dem Hof stand auch über die gesamte Zeit ein Anhänger mit Grünabfällen. Nicht weiter schlimm, aber er stand komplett auf dem Gehweg. der Rest passte.

Super Lage zum Bahnhof nen Katzensprung aber trotzdem Ruhig... kinderland um die Ecke zu Fuß Strand 20 min auch erreichbar sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten... Wohnung gut .... Terasse sehr schön

Mobilfunk Empfang ist in der Gegend sehr schlecht und das angebotene W-Lan nur an bestimmten Stellen im Aussenbereich verfügbar.

FeWo in Trassenheide

Die Inneneinrichtung gefiel sowohl mir als auch meinen Söhnen gut. Die Küche mit Geschirr etc. ist gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit vorhandenem Grill ist schön umwachsen, sadaß man nicht eingesehen ist. Die 4 Häuser (12-18) mit einem kleinem Weiher im Klinkerdesign sehen einladend aus. Der Hausmeister war immer fröhlich, gut gelaunt und zuvorkommend. Werde demnächst mit meiner Frau dort länger Urlaub machen.
