One thing I'd recommend people looking to come here are aware of, is that the house is not easily accessible by sedans or small cars. "This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend."

"Very nice stay! We enjoyed the privacy of the cabin with proximity to Lake Lure. The cabin was perfect for our 3 generations: main floor BR for 89-yr old, plus 32-yr old w/ 2 dogs, and 68-yr old middle. Varying needs and all met! One cautionary comment, and the reason for my one 4 star rating (accuracy of listing) - the fenced dog yard is secure and big, but it's very steep (not apparent in the pic), both the yard itself and the access steps. "The cabin is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the bedroom. The cabin is very close to Hwy 64 which makes getting around easy but in exchange there is quite a bit of traffic noise. The traffic noise is the only thing that made me give the “location and neighborhood” 3 start. Also, the steps really need a handrail. "Wonderful, clean, relaxing and secluded cabin. This place was perfect for our stay, we felt close to everything but also very secluded when we wanted to relax. We had our young child with us and they provided excellent amenities like a baby gate, portable crib and high chair, that made our trip easy! There was also plenty of room for our family and friends to come gather and share a meal. Loved the porch! We would definitely stay here again!"

"This property is exactly like the photos. We stayed with 2 families, and had 4 kids under 10. It was perfect! The kitchen was well-stocked, there was plenty of space, and the house was very clean! Downtown Hendersonville is only a short 20 min drive away, and snow tubing was only about a 5 minute drive. Both were fantastic! We will definitely be back!"
