「Such a wonderful stay, we've already booked another. After a few other failed attempts in the area, we found this retreat. My father-in-law lives nearby, so this is a frequent destination for us. A large one bedroom/one bath, with fantastic sitting area both indoor and outside allowed us to relax here for hours. Oscar the cat is a nice attendant (just don't allow him inside). 「The property was very clean as advertised. It is located in a well kept neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone and very conscious of security, I was uncomfortable with the 4 young men outside the home directly behind the cottage. They did not say or do anything inappropriately, but the isolated area made me uncomfortable to come home after dark since I was traveling alone. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.」

「This was the first VRBO I've ever stayed in, usually opting for chain hotels because of the rewards. Whoever built this place did an amazing job with the lighting. 「I was in town for a conference attended by hundreds of high school theatre kids. Hotels get busy and noisy. This was a much better alternative. It was out away from the noise and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was also not so far away that it took forever to find civilization. The property managers were great. There were little gifts in the loft upon my arrival that made me feel right at home. I would love to have stayed longer. If I am back in the area, I will certainly book this again....

「We enjoyed our stay at The Crow's Nest. The "cottage" was very clean, decorated nicely and provided everything we needed. The view from the family room was lovely. Wes and Leslie were very helpful giving us suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The area is quaint but close enough to Hendersonville, Black Mountain and Brevard that one could easily make day trips to these small towns.
