「Room was nice beds were pretty comfortable. We had a view of the parking lot so that wasn’t great but could also see golf course a bit too. Checkin and checkout were very easy and quick. Overall good service. The hot tub wasn’t working properly though and wasn’t very clean, pool was ok. For the price we expected a bit better honestly. Would stay here again but at that price we have stayed at other hotels in the area that we would likely pick over this one and closer to Traverse city downtown.」

「I appreciate the service; the staff were very friendly. The hotel exceeded my expectations—it is beautiful. I loved going down for my morning coffee—the espresso was my favorite—as well as the cleanliness of the room, the balcony, and the spectacular view. I hope we can return someday.」

「Jacuzzi didn’t work, fire place in room didn’t work.
When i call for help in jacuzzi i left technician to work and came back my ring was missing !!」
