- Brand new condo in the heart of beautiful Traverse City! Short walk to all shops, restaurants, bars, and theaters. Best location to explore this amazing city.
Condo is located steps from Cherry Festival Parade route and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Come enjoy Traverse City as a local would!
Parking Instructions
Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings.
FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday.
Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour.
Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device.

Such a cute space and in walking distance of great local shops and dinning options. Host was easy to contact and communicate with. The rental is exactly as shown in the pictures.

Lovely Condo, perfect place to stay! It was a great location close to everything. Beautiful place, easy check-in and spotless. The host was prompt with all responses as we came a day early and he was able to add a day so we didn’t have to find somewhere else for a night, last minute. Would definitely stay again
