Summary:

Looking to be immersed in the heart of Traverse City? Look no further than this conveniently located studio apartment.



The Space:

Guaranteed one parking spot, upon arrival you will take one flight of stairs to locate Suite 2. Using the smart lock with your unique door code you will walk into this beautiful one-bedroom studio. This room features a queen size bed and a large smart TV. While this condo doesn't have a full kitchen you will still find it equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, a Keurig, and some K-cups to get your trip started on the right foot. There is also a small dining room table you can take meetings from or enjoy take-out from one of the many delicious restaurants nearby. This suite also has its own ensuite bathroom that has a luxury tile shower. *Please note there is a slight step up from the main room into the bathroom*





Front Street Suites are right off of Front Street at the beginning of downtown Traverse City, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars TC has to offer.

Perfect location! Right next to food truck park and everything else! I highly recommend staying at this location. Clean room, a place to lay your head and park your car so you can explore Traverse city by foot or bike! Traverse city and this cozy room location exceeded our expectations!

Smells musty in the hallway, needs another chair for the other adult, the shower takes at least 3-4 to get warm/hot water, no little freezer in fridge, the walkway into the bathroom is dangerous. Also the dangling bird nest on the outside door should be taken down.

Incredible location!

This could not have been in a better spot. It was so nice to be able to easily walk up and down Front Street and enjoy all that Traverse City has to offer! The room is clearly recently renovated in an older building. They did a very nice job, but there was a pretty persistent musty smell that we couldn't shake. Otherwise, would gladly stay here again!

Simple and Near downtown

We had a great trip and loved how clean the unit was and how near to downtown it was! The checkout process was easy and we weren’t asked to do anything! The hallway leading to the unit is in need of some major cleaning but the unit itself was great. Would stay here again!

Downtown TC stay

We had a great stay! The property manager was very communicative and prompt. You can't beat the location...right on Front St. and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Our unit was clean and had all the necessary features for a weekend getaway. The only less than stellar part of our stay was the cleanliness of the building that the unit is located in. It was also a bit noisy, but that's to be expected with an apartment on the main street. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect Studio

The studio apartment had all that was needed for a full set up weekend. It was spotless and conveniently walkable to all downtown establishments as well as the beach. I will be staying here again. (Only thing that was a bit of a downer was some construction work was going on to the building and I got a flat tire found on Sunday morning at 7am - Ugh!)

The property looked just like the pictures. Very clean and neat. The check in process was simple and communicating with property manager was very simple. It was nice being in walking distance from downtown shops. There was only a few things: the air did not work good, hot water was not the best, and very noisy at some times of the day since being right by downtown. Other than that, a very nice stay!

Great Location

Our trip to Traverse City was such a blast and our stay was a big part of it. Last time we visited TC we got to experience Little Fleet and the downtown area and wanted to be within walking distance. 10 mins away from our favorite winery and a stones throw away from the beach. Space was as described and well maintained. We can’t way to come back.
