Located in the Old State Hospital with just a short 10 minute walk from downtown Traverse City or a free bus ride, this condo is in the perfect slice of paradise! Boasting with boutique shops, eateries and beverage establishments as well as miles and miles of wooded hiking trails, this village of the Grand traverse Commons is a perfect place to stay! Not to mention...this condo is HUGE! Extra tall ceilings, windows that bring in beautiful lighting, open concept kitchen/dining/living room and two king bedrooms each with their separate full baths is simply perfect. Our kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you could need. Whether you're exploring the city and stunning beaches or relaxing indoors, this property is the perfect home away from home.
