"We have stayed at this location multiple times. It is clean safe, and convenient to all the things we like to do. Our first night, the room above us sounded like a traveling band of steel toed cloggers was practicing for an upcoming performance. The noise went well on after midnight and started up again early. The next morning we informed the front desk of the issue and they had us moved to another room within 30 minutes. We later learned that a large breed dog with zoomies was the culprit. I love dogs, but love my sleep too. We appreciated the speedy resolution to our dilemma and look forward to staying here again."

"Plastic covers on the mattresses made for crispy and crinkly nights. Thin pillows smelled like men’s cologne. Water from the bathroom faucet shot straight out at you. Kitchenette had absolutely zero supplies - no pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glassware, dish detergent - nothing. I found a cockroach in one of the drawers in the kitchen. Lack of adequate window coverings, even though window faced the back of the building with security lights streaming in all night. No room darkening drapes - only slat blinds. Had to ask for a blow dryer at the front desk. Sheets and bedspread were thin, with no blanket. Floors felt gritty and slick/dirty. Thin, small towels. No hand towels. Pluses: Adequate, well-lit parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Good television. Mostly quiet. Luggage trolleys. Spacious, clean, functioning refrigerator/freezer. "

"The host was great. The property was incredible. This was our annual golf trip and was our 35th year of traveling around the country. This property was perfect for the 12 golfers. We all gad our own bedroom, which was perfect. The place is very nice!! Highly recommend it for big groups."

"I have a book group of about 10 women who live across the US and get together for a long weekend every other year. This weekend we picked Austin and this property. It's hard to find a place for 10 women who are now old enough that they need a really comfortable place to sleep and maybe a little bit more personal space than they did when they were younger, but this fit the bill. Lots of bedrooms and lots of beds, and the beds were so comfortable! The outside space is just amazing and we loved sitting outside by the pool. (The outside space is shared with three other units but we didn't ever feel like this was a problem.) The second floor deck accessed through the second floor bedrooms was also fantastic. The furniture out there is very comfortable.The other thing we loved about this house was that it had all of the things we needed already in it! There was plenty of toilet paper! There was dishwasher soap and hand soap in the bathrooms and even shampoo in the showers! It was so nice not to arrive and then have to go shop immediately because there wasn't toilet paper. The one thing I wish I had realized was that there's only really comfortable seating in the living room for about 6 people on the sofas, but most people are probably not sitting around in a large group talking for hours every night!! I was also thinking what a great house this would be for a family reunion, or even several of the houses together."

"This spot was perfect for our girls trip! Close to the airport and lots of fun neighborhoods in Austin. Clean, well-stocked, and easy to get in and out of. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed and the pool was really nice! "
