「This was the perfect getaway. While the trip didn’t go as plan (everything but lodging changed) it turned out to be everything I needed. I loved the suggestions for things to do. I hope to make it down again with a little more time to enjoy the entire experience. Thank you for being such great hosts 」

「The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.」

「Like many of the other review comments, the description and photos do not do this location justice. We booked this location for the Baylor University graduation and it created the perfect base for being close to the action (20 min to Baylor) while being far enough away from the bustle of downtown Waco. Would totally stay again. 」

「Great location, stayed in late May when the Mammoth Lakes Basin was just opening up after winter. I enjoyed being able to walk to the Eagle Lodge ski lifts, in the summer there are lots of walking / hiking paths to explore. The host was very communicative, sending detailed instructions for check-in. The condo itself was peaceful, amazing views as you can already tell from the pictures. I am sure if anything was not to my liking then the host would provide solutions quickly, but I did not have...

「The bed was comfortable. The decor nice. Bathroom and kitchen supplies adequate. Kitchen table and sofa were a good size for two and comfortable. Nice and quiet. However, the shower and kitchen sink were on the primitive side and the whole place could have stood a good wipe down.」

「Simply a great experience! Ty! 」

「We rented the boathouse for our family for my daughter’s graduation from Baylor. It was perfect because it’s close enough to Waco but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Our family enjoys fishing and camping, so this location was perfect!! There are so many things to do at the ranch, everyone was entertained all weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly!」
